You may use the service only for lawful content that you own or have permission to process. You are responsible for the source, the transcript, and any way you publish or share the result.
Prohibited use
- Copyright infringement, unlawful surveillance, abuse, harassment, or illegal content.
- Bypassing usage limits, probing the service, or interfering with other users.
- Presenting automated transcripts as guaranteed accurate where errors could cause harm.
Accuracy and availability
Speech recognition can mishear names, numbers, technical language, and overlapping speakers. Review important transcripts. The service, limits, providers, and coming-soon features may change, and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Plans and payments
Paid subscriptions renew until cancelled. Credit and refund rules must be finalized in the live Stripe configuration and jurisdiction-specific policy before taking payments.
Enforcement
Access may be limited or terminated for misuse, security risk, infringement, or non-payment. These draft terms do not replace professional legal review.
